Holy Cross Monastery Reading Room
January 2005

Every January while I was in seminary, I would go to
the Holy Cross Monastery in upstate New York for a few
days inbetween semesters for a restful break from my studies.
While I was there in these trips, I enjoyed making my way
from room to room, drawing and painting the various rooms
I'd be in, focusing on the different lamps throughout the place.
