Empty Bowl Placemat
Spring 2011

Poster/placemat designed for a fundraising
event wherein potters donate handcrafted
ceramic bowls to Family Promise ESFV
(an organization that helps situationally
homeless families). Family Promise then has
restaurants donate soups and people come
to the fundraiser to purchase a bowl and soup
to support programs to alleviate the predicament
of homeless people in their community.

This placemat was designed to show everyone
who contributed to the event (potters, sponsors,
restaurant donations, artists, etc.) to recognize
their contributions. This placemat was also enlarged
to 5 feet wide to put on display at the event.
